Overview
The DCV is a handmade steel charm shop with an alternate reality game built into it. On the surface, you're buying charms. Underneath, there's a puzzle: hidden pages, items you can't buy, ciphers tucked into product listings. The store works on its own. The game is there for anyone who looks twice.

+ Premise +
Nobody commits to a mystery. They commit to objects, to people, to things they can show their friends. The game has to be the reward for showing up, not the price of admission. How do we convice people to take the leap?
- Execution -
A handmade steel charm is something you can hold, photograph, wear. By the time someone notices charm #037 was earned not purchased, they're already in. The store opens the door. The game is what's waiting on the other side.

+ CORE +
GUERILLA - DISCOVERY - RAW
We move the way our audience moves, always looking, always shifting. The community is a network of people who dig. Raw drops, unexpected channels, no announcement until it's already happening. Guerrilla is the strategy. Discovery is the reward. Raw is what it looks and feels like when you get there.

+ VOICE +
Meet BiNK.
Every storefront needs a clerk. BiNK is ours; a repurposed bot running the register at DCV.
But BiNK has ulterior motives. Buried in its responses are clues.. fragments that don't quite fit the transaction. The storefront is its cover. The real job is something else entirely.

+ EXECUTION +
Giving a digital brand something physical to hold.
I created Charms to make DCV more tangible. They give people a reason to come back, something to collect, and something to show someone else. A piece of the brand that travels without a screen.
Pricing shifts based on demand, scarcity is built in, not faked. The system pushes people toward earning charms through engagement rather than just buying them. Payment is one way in. It's not the only one.

...//.Finding this webpage is the gate to unlocking what's behind The DCV...[ ! ]

..//..>>Once solved..
>>The ARG opens up...
The charms are a trojan horse.
Beneath the charms, the ARG unfolds through digital and real-world storytelling. Clues, ciphers, and puzzles are designed to reward those who go deeper. The people who find it were always going to find it. The charms just gave them a reason to start looking.

+ OUTCOME +
Ad fatigue isn't a trend, it's a wall. The DCV was built around the idea that the best way to get someone's attention is to give them something worth finding. No funnel. No push. Just a system deep enough that people choose how far they want to go and get rewarded for their efforts.
Some people buy a charm and move on. Others notice the site doesn't add up. A few go all the way in. Every level is intentional. The community that forms around that is different from anything a media buy can build, it's made of people who chose to be there. The DCV hard launches May 2026.
